Questions
How do I get to Marmara Island?
İDO sails from Yenikapı and Bostancı. There is a car ferry from Tekirdağ, and a GESTAŞ ferry from Erdek.
Are there shops, a pharmacy, and an ATM in the village?
Hekimoğlu, Kadıoğlu, and A101 are in the village. There is no pharmacy or ATM in the village. The island centre, 5 km away, has a 24-hour pharmacy, a clinic, and an ATM.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, if vaccinations and training are complete and the breed is not banned.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Half of the total is paid when you reserve, and the rest on arrival. Cancel until 15 days before arrival for a refund minus 10%. After that there is no refund, except in a pandemic or other documented emergencies. Changing the dates depends on availability.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 13:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
What is in the house, and what should I bring?
Every house has cookware, a fridge, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. A small gas canister is included; an extra one is paid. Wi-Fi is free. You may barbecue in the garden under the municipal permit. There is no hairdryer, and towels and slippers are not provided. Breakfast, meals, and laundry (100 TL) are paid extras.
Is there a discount, and what about holidays?
20% off the total before 15 June and after 15 September. On public holidays, book at least 7 consecutive nights covering the days before and after the holiday.
How many people can stay?
One person per bed. Children under 7 are not counted toward that number.
Which dates do the prices cover?
The nightly rates are for 1 June – 30 September 2026. The 9-person house rate is the weekday rate; weekend and public-holiday rates will be published later.
